| 摘 要： | 广东城中村形成的原因是多方面的，既有政策、制度上的原因，也有经济利益的趋动和管理滞后等方面的原因。城中村的改造与综合治理是一项复杂而艰巨的任务。目前，首先，要加强城郊村落建设规划的落实，健全相关法规体系并加大执法力度，确保新的城中村不再产生；其次必须认识到城中村的改造成本是城市化过程中必须支付的，必须加快城市廉租房的建设和城中村的改造步伐。
