蛋白酶解物对仔猪胃窦胃泌素分泌的影响

摘    要:为研究食物蛋白源活性肽对仔猪胃窦胃泌素分泌的影响,通过模拟猪胃内消化环境,制备了大豆蛋白酶解产物、酪蛋白酶解产物和面筋蛋白酶解产物的溶液和对照液,对 10 日龄仔猪离体胃窦进行体外灌流。结果表明,3 种蛋白的胃蛋白酶解物对 4 头试验仔猪的胃窦黏膜胃泌素的分泌均有促进作用,但以大豆蛋白酶解物的作用最强。其中大豆蛋白酶解物组的 4 头猪胃泌素分泌分别比相应的对照组增高 99.98%、65.12%、30.45%和9.48%,面筋蛋白酶解物组的 4 头猪胃泌素分泌分别比相应的对照组增高34.66%、20.35%、5.56%和3.87%,酪蛋白酶解物组的4头猪胃泌素分泌分别比相应的对照组增高107.12%、56.26%、6.77%和0.72%。

Abstract:The effect of protein-derivedactive peptide on gastrin release from gastric antrum of (10-days-old) piglets was studied by the prepared solutionof soybean protein hydrolysate, casein hydrolysate, gluten hydrolysate and control through superfusion system in vitro. The results showed that, in comparison with that in the control, all the hydrolysates in the experimental groups could promote gastrin releasefrom gastric antrum to different extent, and even thepromotion role of soybean protein hydrolysate was stronger than that of the others. In four piglets,gastrin release was increased respectively by (99.98%), 65.12%, (30.45%) and 9.48% in soybean protein hydrolysategroup,in gluten hydrolysate group, (increased) by (34.66%), 20.35%, 5.56% and 3.87% and in casein hydrolysate group, increased by 107.12%, 56.26%, (6.77%) and 0.72% respectively.
