| 摘 要： | 全球各地已经发生了难以计数的恐怖袭击事件,造成重大人员和财产损失,我们坚决反对和打击一切形式的恐怖主义。在警惕恐怖分子利用爆炸进行国际恐怖活动工具的同时,我们不得不警惕恐怖分子利用互联网进行的恐怖活动。
