On administrative final adjudication

Administrative final adjudication is a sensitive problem in administrative theory in that it influences the scope of administrative litigation directly and is connected with rights protection of the private party in the administrative process.It is suggested that rule of judicial final adjudication be applied and administrative agency's right of final adjudication be cancelled to protect the rights of the private party in the administrative process effectively and facilitate the progress of rule of the law in administration.
