| 摘 要： | 中国社会的关系深植于中国文化，在经济管理等领域有着重要的作用。本文首先从文化视角分析了关系的概念内涵及其分类、特征和规范；在此基础上，比较了中国关系与其在西方文化相对应概念的区别；然后就关系在中国情境下的测度及其对企业绩效的作用及这种作用的变迁进行了阐释，最后指出了关系研究的未来展望。

| Abstract: | Guanxi (personal relationship) enroot in the Chinese culture and play a big role in the areas of economy and management. First, we analyze the concept, category, characteristics, norms of Guanxi from the respective of Chinese culture, then we compare Guanxi with the exchange corresponding relationship in the West. Secondly, we analyze the measures of Guanxi and its function on the performance of enterprises in the Chinese context and with institution changes amd the trend of changes of the functions of Guanxi. Last, there are some advices about future research. |
