| 摘 要： | 吉林省存在着传统融资渠道日渐萎缩的融资困境,资金供求、融资渠道不畅,需要从战略上解决企业融资难的问题。吉林省经济增长与融资规模具有比较强的关联度,企业债券融资和其它融资方式相比较,具有明显优势。发展企业债券融资,可以在一定程度上弥补其他融资渠道的不足和局限,对吉林省资本市场健全和完善、企业融资渠道的拓宽乃至区域经济发展都具有积极的促进作用。

| Abstract: | It has many difficulties in traditional capital financing channel and it gradually sagged,such as the capital supply and demand was not bal-anced,the capital financing channel was not smooth etc.The economic development of Jilin province has strong relations to the capital financing scale.Tocompare with other financing owner types,the enterprise bond has obvious advantage which can smooth over the insufficient and the limit of other capitalchannel,improve and perfect the Jilin's capital market,widen financing capital channel and even promote the regional economic development. |
