| 摘 要： | 本文针对《合同法》第 19条规定 ,剖析了“要约不可撤销”的含义 ,结合英美契约法的相关原则和规定对《合同法》第 19条的合理性进行了探讨。最后 ,本文提出了几点不成熟的立法建议。
