| 摘 要： | 西伯利亚联邦区处于经济恢复性增长期。经济连年增长,但增速低于全俄平均速度。全俄经济繁荣有赖于西伯利亚经济社会的协调、稳定和持续发展,俄政府正积极为该地区经济社会全面发展创造条件,并实施新的西伯利亚发展战略。西伯利亚联邦区经济发展需提升,其未来发展有赖于与中国毗邻地区的全方位互利合作。

| Abstract: | Siberian Federal Zone is in the period of economic recovery.Its economy is increasing year after year,but the increase rate is lower than the average one of Russia.The all-Russian economic prosperity relys on a coordinated,stable and constant developoment of Siberian economy and society.Russian government is actively creating favorable condition for Siberia and carrying out a new strategy for it.Besides,Siberian development in future depends on a comprehensive cooperation with its contiguous areas of China. |
