| 摘 要： | 20世纪 90年代以来 ,我国警察犯罪案件成倍增长 ,不仅危害社会治安 ,同时危害公安机关的组织建设和政府声誉。警察犯罪的原因是多方面的 ,预防和治理警察犯罪是一项长期的社会综合工程 ,不仅需要公安机关外部的监督、制约和提供法律保障 ,更需要公安机关内部加强自身建设 ,自觉抵制犯罪行为。

| Abstract: | Crimes commited by the policemen have doubled and redoubled since the 1990s,which have endangered public order,the construction of public security organs and the reputation of our govenment.Their causes are so manifold that it will be a long-term social comprehensive project to prevent such crimes and legal guarantee from the outside of public security organs,this project also needs the strengthened internal self-construction which enables the police to resist the criminal offences conscientiously. |
