罪犯劳动职业技能培训的实践与探索

当前,中国监狱对罪犯进行职业技能培训的思路明确,分层建立了培训体系,强化了监狱教育改造罪犯的职能,但还存在政策落实不到位、基础工作薄弱、经费和体制等方面的困难,应建立罪犯职业技能培训工作长效机制,继续争取和落实政策、加强罪犯职业技能培训基地建设等,以提高罪犯的生存和发展能力。

Practice and Exploration on Vocational Skills Training for the Criminal Labor

The present explicit ideas of vocational skills training for the criminals and hierarchical training system in Chinals prisons has intensified the prison education＂ function of rehabilitating criminals. However, there are still some problems like inappropriate implementation of policy and deficiencies in the basic work and systems. Accordingly, efforts should be made to develop a long-term mechanism for vocational skills training for the criminals, strive to implement policies, step up construction of the bases for vocational skills training for the criminals with the view to enhancing the criminals survival and development capacity.
