大学英语教学中的文化价值观培育

在国家安全的众多维度中,文化安全相当重要。英语学习是大学生接触异质文化的重要途径。调查表明：英语学习年限与学习者的目的语文化认同呈正相关,西方文化对大学生的文化价值观影响很大。因此,英语教学应对工作目标进行重新定位,引导学生理性面对,并有意识地在课堂上补充优秀的本土文化,以培养大学生正确的文化价值观。

The Cultural Values of Chinese University Students and Responsibilities of English Teachers

English learning is an important approach to heterogeneous cultures for Chinese university students, which plays a significant role in the building and shaping of their values. Relevant research shows that time span of English learning and learners＂ culture identity with the target language is positively correlated. According to the first-hand data of my research, western culture has had a fair impact on different aspects of the students＂ values. Therefore, English teachers should reorient their working targets and rectify their own values. As guides, they should enlighten their students to analyze and think rationally and supplement fine native culture in class to help students develop resolution capability and assume the roles of backbones for the country＇s construction with a sense of responsibihty and perceptions.
