浅论新形势下公安秘书人才培养

公安秘书人才培养主要有自生型、转行型及专业型等几种模式。为适应新形势下的公安秘书工作需要，我们提出新形势下公安秘书人才培养的两个板块，即“理论知识的传授及意识的形成”与“实际操作、动手能力的培养”，包括传授全面的秘书工作知识及公安工作知识，强调课堂教学中潜移默化的影响，形成职业素养和良好意识；另一方面强调设计课堂教学模拟实训、鼓励学生参加实习活动以及开展校局相结合的公安秘书人才培养方式。

On Cultivation of the Secretary Talents of Public Security under the New Situation

There are several training models for cultivating the secretary talents of public security. To get adjusted to the secretary work of public security, we come up with two modules for cultivating the secretary talents of public security under the new situation. Namely, ＂teaching of theoretical knowledge and formation of consciousness＂, which means teaching of knowledge for comprehensive secretary work and public security, focusing on a silent transforming influence on students in class teaching, who unconsciously develop their professional quality and good consciousness. The other model is ＂ training of practical hands-on ability＂, which lays emphasis on design of classroom teaching combined with simulated actual training, encouraging students to be involved in internship programs and carrying out secretary talents training model of college-public security stations combination.
