人格特质、社会支持与警察幸福感的关系研究

采用总体幸福感量表、艾森克人格问卷以及社会支持评定量表对随机选取的241名警察进行问卷调查等方法,探讨人格特质、社会支持与警察主观幸福感的关系。结果显示：女性警察获得的社会支持、主观幸福感总分以及在情绪稳定性上均显著高于男性警察。警察幸福感总分与精神质、神经质有显著负相关,与内外倾及社会支持的各维度有显著的正相关。内外倾、神经质既直接影响主观幸福感,又通过主观支持以及对支持的利用度对其产生间接影响。

On the Relationship among Personality Traits,Social Support and Well-being of Police Officers

This article explores the relationship among personality traits, social support and subjective well- being of police officers based on a survey to 241 police officers who were randomly selected to respond to GWB, EPQ-RSC and SSRSQ. The results show that the scores of social support, subjective well-being and mood stability of female police officers are significantly higher than those of male police officers; scores of well-being and psychoticism, neuroticism are in negative correlation; scores of well-being and extroversion, all dimension of social support are in positive correlation. Extroversion and neuroticism not only have a direct influence on subjective well-being, but also indirectly affect themselves through subjective support and utilization of support.
