公安情报学研究生培养模式初探

随着公安机关及公安院校对情报高端人才需求的激增,以及公安情报学学科的成熟,要求开展公安情报学研究生培养工作。应构建＂理论＋实践＂的公安情报学研究生培养模式,在培养规格、生源条件、导师构成、教学形式等方面,满足理论学习与实践应用的双重需求。为确保这一培养模式的顺利实施,应科学设置公安情报学研究生课程,探索研讨式、课题式、交往式等教学方法,丰富研究生实践教学活动,采用＂双导师＂制或＂导师团队＂制。

On the Cultivating Model for Postgraduates Majored in Public Security Informatics

With the surge in the public security organs and public security colleges on the demand of high-end intelligent talents, and as well as the maturity of Public Security Informatics, postgraduate education in Public Security Informatics is called to be carried out. In this paper the author suggests postgraduate cultivating mode i. e. ＂theory ＋ practice＂ be built up to meet the demand of both theory study and practice application in the aspects of training scale, conditions of students, tutor structure and teaching form. In order to ensure the cultivating mode to be implemented smoothly, the author proposes to set up postgraduate courses in a scientific way, explores various teaching methods including research-based, task-based and communication-based ones, enriches postgraduate practice activities, and adopts ＂double tutors system＂ or ＂tutor team system＂.
