| 摘 要： | 在恐怖主义肆虐全球的大背景下，跨国警务合作与恐怖主义作战成为国际社会警务合作的共同呼声。公安院校作为培养反恐人才的主阵地，要积极探索反恐专业人才培养新模式，明确反恐专业人才应具备的能力素质、引进与培养双语人才，完善反恐国际警务合作人才培养课程体系，以适应国际反恐警务合作的需要。

| Abstract: | Under the background of global terrorism-plague, international policing cooperation consistently calls for transnational policing cooperation and terrorism combating. We should be actively committed to probing into the new models for anti-terrorism professional talent training, pinpoint the necessary capacity and quality that the anti-terrorism professional talents should be equipped with, introduce and train bilingual talents, improve the curriculum systems for international policing cooperation talents training with a view to being adjusted to the need of international anti-terrorism policing cooperation. |
