| 摘 要： | 随着现代化进程的不断深入,行政组织为了适应新时期行政环境的变化,必然要进行相应的组织变革。公安组织作为国家行政组织的一部分,为了更有效地向民众输出优质的公共安全服务产品,必须准确把握公安行政改革方向,从宏观、中观、微观三个维度理性地认识现行公安组织结构改革的影响因素,以增强公安组织结构改革的预见性,并对传统组织结构进行适时调整。
