| 摘 要： | 当前,涉检举报初查中存在的许多问题已经成为检察机关和社会关注的焦点,举报初查法律依据不足、初查成案率低、息访率低、举报线索数量下降,诸多问题制约着检察事业的发展,影响着检察机关的形象。本文试图通过调查分析,探讨其解决途径。

| Abstract: | At present,many issues found in the initial investigation of procuratorial accusation have become the focus of procuratorial organs and public attention. Inadequate legal basis,the low successful rate of the initial investigation,the low rate of visiting,the decreasing number of accusative clues,etc,many problems constraining the development of the procuratorial work,affecting the image of procuratorial organs.This paper tried to reach the solution through the investigation and analysis. |
