以加强学习促进一流公安院校建设

习近平总书记《在中央党校建校80周年庆祝大会上的讲话》专门论述了学习问题，号召全党要加强学习。建设一流公安院校，需要努力学习，学习世界各国先进的教育管理经验，现阶段，最需要学习的是科学的发展定位、大学精神的培育、教育理念的更新和办学特色的构建。学习中要注重学思并重、知行相资、创新超越。

Promoting the Construction of First-rate Public Security College by Study

In his ＂Speech at the Meeting Commemorating the 80th Anniversary of the Founding of the Party School of the CPC＂, General Secretary XI Jin-ping specially emphasized the importance of study and appealed for the Communist Party of China to enhance learning. To build up a first-rate public security college, an essential step is to keep on studying and learn from the advanced educational management experiences worldwide. At present, what deserve learning most are the scientific development orientation, the cultivation of university spirit, the renovation of educational ideas and the construction of school-running characteristics. During study, the following aspects as paying due attention to both study and think and carrying out innovation should be specially emphasized. Besides, knowledge and action mutually profit from each other, which also well merits attention.
