| 摘 要： | 内地公民往来港澳地区管理是我国出入境管理的重要组成部分,由于特殊的历史原因,其管理制度也随着时间推移不断产生变化,经历了不同的发展阶段。往来港澳管理有其特点和存在许多问题,应对这些问题提出相应的解决对策。

| Abstract: | The administration on mainland citizens traveling to and from Hong Kong and Macao is an important constituent of our country’s exit and entry administration;however,because of the particular historical reasons,the administration system has different developing stages as time goes on.This paper analyzes the main characteristics,the existing problems,and puts forward some countermeasures. |
