We shall uncover the veil of illegal fund-raising under the new situation, face illegal fund-raising predicament of the interpretation of criminal investigation, interpret the new rules of illegal fund-raising judicial interpretations, and face squarely the present situation of the arrest examination of illegal fund-raising.
