| Abstract: | The managerial authority of stated - run enterprise, as the product of the separation of authority, does not belong to real right and can not solve the issue of the enterprise' s property right. As a result, the usufruct of the stated - run enterprise should be stipulated to perfect the operational mode of real right in order that the reasonable, orderly and efficient use of stated - run assets can be made, as well as the realization of rule of law in the stated - run enterprise in our country. |
