| Abstract: | The scientific concept of development provides us with a guidance for doing well the work of the Communist Youth League under the new conditions.With a view to creating a new situation in doing the work of the Communist Youth League in the new period of time,to handle the league affairs must be under the guidance of the scientific concept of development,be subject to laws,give expression to the epochal character and be full of creativeness. |
