| 摘 要： | 民主法治不仅是和谐社会的重要内容,更是构建和谐社会的重要保证.和谐社会的主要内涵一直是法治的价值追求.因此,要实现社会和谐,就要更大程度地实现法治.而法治的进步是一个不断完善的过程,在这个过程中,要不断地完善法制实践,而且更关键的是要转变法治类型,由单一法治向混合型法治转变,只有这样,才能实现法制现代化,构建和谐社会.

| Abstract: | Democracy and nomocracy,are not only the important contents of the harmonious society,but also the assurance for set up the harmonious society.The main connotation of a harmonious society is that the value of which the nomocracy pursue.Therefore carry out the society diapason,need the larger degree nomocracy.But the progress of nomocracy is a gradual process,no but constantly perfect legal practice,especially change the type of nomocracy from single to admixture in this process,can we set up a harmonious society. |
