| 摘 要： | 俄罗斯不同时期有其不同的转型任务与力求达到的目标：解决制度变迁与确立市场经济体制框架问题;普京执政时期通过实行修补与整治等政策,使三权分立的宪政制度完善,使混乱无序的市场转向有序;梅普组合后俄罗斯向国家现代化方向转型。俄罗斯经济发展前景在很大程度上取决于国家现代化的进程。

| Abstract: | Russia has different tasks and objectives of transition in different eras;to solve the problems of institutional change and framework establishment for a market economy;to improve a constitutional system of the separation of the three powers and to switch the market from disorder to order through policies of patching and harnessing in the Putin administration;to transit Russia toward state modernization in the Medvedev-Putin tandem period.The prospects of Russia’s economic development significantly depend on the modernization process of the state. |
