犯罪心理画像的方法——犯罪现场分析法与行为证据分析法之比较

道格拉斯的犯罪现场分析法和特维的行为证据分析法在美国是应用非常广泛的两种犯罪心理画像方法。二者在理论基础、形成过程、构成和内容、实际运用方面都有差异。犯罪现场分析法是将当前犯罪人的行为与先前研究得出的统计数据和所建立的犯罪人类别进行比较。特维的行为证据分析法则综合犯罪现场、被害人研究、行为证据三方面信息,遵循严格的演绎分析步骤来解释犯罪人行为。行为证据分析法因不依赖于统计数据和犯罪人分类,并具有跨文化适用性,而有望在犯罪心理画像技术的本土化研究和运用中率先得到发展。

Methods of Criminal Profiling: CSA and BEA Compared

Crime Scene Analysis and Behavioral Evidence Analysis are two widely used methods of criminal profiling in USA,which are different from basic theories,forming process,construction and practice.The CSA compares criminal behavior in case on working with statistics and criminal typology from former research;while the BEA comprehends information from crime scene,iridology and behavioral evidence,following an deductive analysis method to interpret the behavior of criminals.As BEA doesn't dependent on statistics and criminal typology,it can be used in different cultural environment and has a good prospect in indigenization applying of criminal profiling.
