| 摘 要： | 公安工作的新形势和新任务要求公安院校必须坚持政治建警、德育为先。公安院校应以实战需求为导向，优化德育功能定位，改革德育体制，创新德育模式，加强德育工作队伍建设，不断提高德育工作水平，努力实现全员育人、全方位育人和全过程育人的工作目标，培养现代警务机制需要的高素质人才。

| Abstract: | The new situation and task demands the police college to train policemen with politics and morals in the lead.In order to march on without cease and raise the moral standards of the police colleges,we should be guided by the needs of actual combat and reform the moral education system.At the same time,the police cclleges must strengthen the building of a strong contingent of cadres and bring about a new moral education system in an all- round way. |
