公安信息共享的方法研究

公安部门实施“金盾工程”以来,公安信息的网络化应用水平和规模明显提高,公安信息化的过程必然要涉及信息共享问题。公安信息共享,就是要将公安工作整体性、完整性反映出来,将分散、无序的信息,按照信息化的要求和规则进行重新组合,进行改造和优化,使公安机关各部门、各警种密切配合、高效运转,充分发挥现有警力资源的作用,及时、有效地履行打击犯罪的职能。

A Study on the Methods of Sharing Public Security Information

Since the implement of Golden Shied Project in public security organs, the application standard and scale of public security information latticing has been improved obviously, which also leads to the problems of information sharing. Public security information sharing refers to the reconstmction of dispersive and unordered information through reform and optimization according to the requirement and principle of informatization, which reflects the integration and completeness of public security work.
