我国高校知识产权人才培养的问题与建议

近20年来,我国高校知识产权人才培养取得了很大发展,但从整体上看,仍处于摸索阶段,专业设置、师资力量及教学资源建设等多个方面还存在着问题。我国高校应创新知识产权人才培养机制,围绕复合型知识产权人才培养目标,加强师资及教学资源建设,并注重加强高校之间人才培养的合作,充分整合与利用各自的优势资源,实现我国高校知识产权人才培养的长期健康与快速发展。

Problems and Suggestions of Cultivating Talents for Intellectual Property Rights in Chinese Universities

The cultivation of intellectual property personnel in the Chinese universities has made great pro- gress in recent 20 years.However,on the whole,it is still at a phase of discovery and there are several prob- lems in the specialty arrangement,the quality of faculty and the teaching resoumes construction,etc.Our uni- versities should innovate the mechanism of the cultivation of intellectual property personnel.Centering on the cultivation of the compound intellectual property personnel,we must strengthen teachers' rank construction and develop teaching resources.Besides,the universities should also focus on strengthening the cooperation for the cultivation of intellectual property personnel,and make full use of their respective advantages and resources,e- ventually,the cultivation of intellectual property personnel will realize the rapid and health development in Chi- na.
