启动国内需求的难点与对策选择

我国围绕扩大内需出台了一系列宏观经济政策 ,但国内需求不足并未得到明显改观 ,其难点主要在于 :银行坏账巨大 ;市场准入政策制约 ;民营企业税费负担较重 ;预期收支不确定 ;消费体制改革滞后。需采取的对策是 :加大财政支持力度 ;实行公平的市场准入政策 ;拓宽民间投资领域 ;建立和完善社会保障体系等。

Difficulties for Starting Domestic Demand and Choice Countermeasures

China has published a series of macro-economic policies for expanding domestic demand,but the domestic demand has not be improved as people expect,the grounds for which are a great number of bad accounts of financial institutions, restriction of market access policy, too heavy burdens of taxation and fees laid on the private sector of economy,uncertain anticipated income and expenditure and reform in consumption system lagging behind.The countermeasures are to give greater financial backing,carry out a fair market access policy, expand the fields for pravite investment and set up and improve the social security system.
