摘    要:人才是社会发展的宝贵资源,工会院校要在激烈的教育市场竞争中求生存并得到可持续发展,教师的人才队伍建设已成为关键的因素.建立人才引进机制、激励机制和管理机制是工会院校加强人才队伍建设的重要措施.

Abstract:It is the key factor of a construction of acontingent of teaching staff. Talented person is the significant human resources for social development, especially in the keen competition of education market today. In order to bring about right to live and sustainable development, it is of importance to build up a system of talent introduction, excitation mechanism and management mechanism. At the same time, it is the essential measure to augment a contingent of teaching staff for college of trade union.
