| Abstract: | It is the key factor of a construction of acontingent of teaching staff. Talented person is the significant human resources for social development, especially in the keen competition of education market today. In order to bring about right to live and sustainable development, it is of importance to build up a system of talent introduction, excitation mechanism and management mechanism. At the same time, it is the essential measure to augment a contingent of teaching staff for college of trade union. |
