| 摘 要： | 少年司法制度应当是一个独立的范畴。对少年司法制度进行价值取向与现代性维度分析，是构建一个理性的少年司法制度体系的前提条件和现实要求，也是少年司法制度的理论基石。只有选择正确的价值取向并明确现代性的本质要求，才能够在真正意义上发展与完善我国的少年司法制度。

| Abstract: | Juvenile judicial system should be independent category.Analysis on value orientation and modernity of juvenile judicial system is the premise and actual requirement for building a rational juvenile judicial system,and also the theoretical foundation stone of juvenile judicature.system Only the correct choice of value orientation and essential requirements of definite modernity can really develop and perfect juvenile judicial system in China. |
