| 摘 要： | 境外投资面临的法律风险日益突出。文章在分析内地企业境外投资的国内外法律环境基础上,梳理了境外投资面临的三方面主要法律风险,针对现状,提出政府应及时出台《境外投资管理条例》,建立健全境外投资的法律保护体系,并阐述了企业法律风险管理模式和机制。

| Abstract: | Legal risks confronted by overseas investment are increasingly obvious.Based on the home-and-abroad legal environment for Chinese mainland enterprises to make investment overseas,this article points out three legal risks.Considering the current situation,the article holds that the government should timely enact Management Regulations on Overseas Investment so as to establish an amplified legal protection system.The article also discusses a mode and a mechanism to manage legal risks confronted by overseas investment. |
