On the Tenet of Public Security

Behind Political Phenomena are interests and power. Regulating national or governmental power is the primary function of the rule of law. The authority of the Constitutions must be established in order to construct a harmonious society. The reform of systems must be based on productivity and the development of market economy is the source of democracy. The supervising mechanism must be set up to enlarge the participation of the public in politics and guarantee judicial justice.
