摘    要:教育应注重培育和提高学生的主体性,承认和尊重受教育者的主体人格,使学生在掌握优秀文化的基础上学会学习、学会创造,从而促进社会的发展与进步.关注学生的主体性发展,构建主体性教育,发挥教师的人格力量,是新时期教育改革发展的客观要求.

Abstract:Education should pay much attention to developing and improving students' subjectivity and respect them so that students will learn to study,learn to create while grasping knowledge.It will make society advance and develop.To pay much attention to the development of students' subjectivity,to set up subject education and exercise the power of teachers' personality are the objective requirements of education reform at the new age.
