| 摘 要： | 产品缺陷的认定是产品责任法的核心问题之一,是构成产品责任的前提。本文拟对中美两国产品责任法中有关产品缺陷的定义及认定标准作一比较,以期为我国产品责任法的进一步完善提供一种参考。
