The foreign capital banks in China are facing the potential financial risks as well as China's banks after China's gradual opening as a member of WTO.Supervision to the center of foreign capital banks is the way to control the source of financial risks.It is the necessary measure to keep the stabilization of financial market and an expansive form based on the branches in our country,which is different from the compulsive supervision in ordinary sense.Using for international reference,the article proposes the specific concept of financial supervision paralleled with the headquarters of foreign banks.
