| 摘 要： | 以我国城乡"二元化"医疗保障制度为研究对象,以建立城乡一体化医疗保障制度为目标,借鉴国外医疗保障一体化进程中的经验教训,结合我国城乡医疗保障制度的实际情况,深入分析了我国发展城乡统一的医疗保障制度的必要性,在此基础上,提出了实现我国医疗保障制度城乡整合的目标构想及措施建议,以资为我国今后完善医疗保障体系改革提供有益的参考.

| Abstract: | This article takes the dual medical care system as the object of study,takes establishing the medical care system of rural-urban integration as the goal,profits from the experience and lessons of medical care integration overseas,unifies the actual situation of our country,thoroughly analyzes the necessity to develop the medical care system of rural-urban integration.In this foundation,the writer proposes aims and suggestions to achieve the goal,for providing beneficial reference to our reform of dual social system. |
