| 摘 要： | 新经济理论和跨国公司理论认为开放具有技术和管理的外溢效应,本文利用全球可持续创新组织的调研工具,通过对贵州少数民族地区企业可持续创新能力的调研分析,得出欠发达省区国际要素流动的外溢效应不足的结论,并对这一现象进行了分析,同时给出了一定的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Opening have technology and management spillovers effect from New trade theory and FDI theory.The paper draws a conclusion that spillovers effect of the international factor mobility is deficient in less-developed minority area in China,under the analysis of CINet questionnaire.The paper gives some explanation to the conclusion,as well as suggestions to less-developed area. |
