| Abstract: | There exists a deep background for putting forward strengthening governing capability. So we should maintain its connotation and the direction of development. Only getting high governing efficiency has the Party in power got high governing capability. But the ways of governance of the CPC decides on the cost and output of the actions of the CPC, which is the deciding factor of governing efficiency and the key to the strengthening governing capability. |
