亚运前后广州流动人口状况与管理分工研究

2010年亚运前后广州流动人口主要包括原有流动人口以及亚运期间短期来穗人口，前者将近1000万，后者约100万。其中，居住在出租屋的比例约占70％以上，自有房屋居住与其他方式居住约各占15％。亚运前后的广州流动人口管理，应在党委政府统一领导下，建立各部门分工负责、共同协作机制，强化直接责任主体的治安管理责任。

A Study on the Status of Floating Population in Guangzhou in the period of Pre and Post Asian Games and Management Division

Floating population in the period of pre and post Guangzhou 2010 Asian Games includes two parts, namely, the original 10 million mobile population and the population of one million who comes to Guangzhou shortly during the Asian Games. Among all the floating population, the population living in rented rooms is about 70% and the population living in their own houses and other places is about 15% respectively. Under the unified leadership of Party committees and governments, the mechanisms of responsibility share and collaboration should be established to strengthen the direct security responsibility of the major management branches.
