论我党治国方式的发展

经过我党三代领导集体的不断探索 ,我党的治国方式成功实现了由“人治”向“法治” ,再由“法治”向“‘法治’与‘德治’并举”的飞跃。这两次飞跃标志着我国治国方式逐步摆脱了具有典型“人治”特征的“以党治国”模式的影响 ;同时也标志着我党治国方式逐步走出了片面强调“法治” ,片面强调法律制度建设 ,而忽视“德治” ,忽视社会主义精神文明建设 ,特别是道德建设的误区。这两次飞跃的最终结果———“法治”与“德治”并举 ,是我党治国理论与实践经验的科学总结和深化发展。

On the Development of CCP''s Ways of Administering A Country

As a result of continuous efforts by three generations leading groups of CCP,the adminstering ways of CCP have successfully realized two qualitative leaps from rule by man to rule by law,then to both by law and by virture.The two qualitative leaps indicate that the running ways of CCP to our country have gradually cast off the influence of the ruling way by a party which is famous for rule by man,and the error of putting undue emphasis on rule by law and legal system construction,but ignoring rule of virtue and cultural development.The last result of two qualitative leaps,both rule by law and by virtue,is a scientific summary and development of theory and practical experience of running ways of CCP to our country.
