| 摘 要： | 基层社会群体冲突事件的逐年上升，一定程度地体现了当代纠纷解决机制在基层运行的失灵。纠纷解决机制在基层何以失灵？透过云南7·19孟连群体事件，从法律社会学的角度分析传统纠纷解决机制向现代化转型过程中的困境与机遇。

| Abstract: | The conflict incidents involving many people among the gross roots of the community is on the rise year by year, which to some degree reflects the disfunction of conflict solution system in gross roots. Why is that happening？ This thesis is to analyse the 7.19 Menglian incident in Yunnan through the view of law sociology to find out the opportunities and dilemma during the transition from traditional system to a modern one. |
