摘    要:目的研究阳极电流密度对发动机号码重现效果的影响。方法将发动机试样与整流电源正极相连作为阳极,金属夹子作为阴极,用10%的盐酸溶液浸润脱脂棉球作为电解液,在不同电流密度下进行电解实验,考查电流密度对重现结果的影响。结果原始号码的重现时间随电流密度的增高而缩短,对于铸铝发动机,在10%的盐酸电解质体系中,最适宜的阳极电流密度为16-24A/dm2,5min左右就可清晰重现出原始号码。

Abstract:The effects of anode current density on aluminium based engine number reappearance were studied. The result showed that the reaction time was shorten by enhancing anode current density. To aluminium based engine, the most suitable anode current density is 16-24 A/dm2 , the original number could be reappeared in 5 minutes with 10% HCl electrolyte.
