| 摘 要： | 资助危害国家安全犯罪活动罪是1997年刑法典增设的罪名。其中的“资助”包括不符合共同犯罪成立条件的资助行为。对资助的时间不应加以限制；资助的对象应扩展为“境内外组织、机构或个人”；其“着手”应当是资助人“欲”向被资助人交付金钱、场所或者物资之时。

| Abstract: | This crime is a new one in the revised criminal caw of 1997. The subsidization doesn＇t only exist in a joint crime in theory. The time of subsidization should not be limited. The objectives of Subsidization should be extended to organ, organization or individual inside or outside of the territory of China. |
