| 摘 要： | 从刑法学角度认识侵犯商业秘密罪的概念及犯罪构成,是侦查人员在案件侦查工作中准确判断案件性质的基础。根据该类案件的特点,运用刑事案件侦查的一般规律及实践部门的经验,对包含在初查和侦查过程中的调查取证策略与措施进行认真总结,才能更好地完成案件的侦查工作。
