我国医药知识产权保护中存在的问题及对策

知识产权制度是国际上通行的一种用法律和经济手段保护和管理智力创造成果,促进科技进步和经济繁荣的法律制度。我国是知识产权制度建立比较晚的国家,因而与发达国家及世界惯例尚有一定差距。本文分析了在医药领域,我国知识产权保护中存在的问题,进而提出了应对之策。

Problems in protection of pharmacy intellectual property and countermeasure to it

The system of intellectual property is a kind of law system that protects and manages products of intellectual creations and that furthers scientific and technological progress and economical prosperity by the way of law and economy that currents in the world. We built the system of intellectual property latter in our country, so there is a wide gap with advanced countries and international practice. This article analyzed questions of protecting intellectual property in our country and put forward a proposal for it in the territory of pharmacy.
