构建治安学理论体系需要解决的几个基本问题

治安学作为一门独立的学科在我国已经得到认可。但由于种种原因,治安学理论及其体系的构建还没有取得重大突破,严重制约了治安学科的建设与发展。当前,构建治安学理论体系需要着力提高对治安学具有理论的前提性认识,明确确定治安学逻辑起点以解决治安学理论体系的科学性,强化治安学理论以我为主、中西结合以解决治安学理论及其体系的本土化（中国特色）等几个基本问题。

Several Essential Problems to Be Resolved in Constructing the Theoretical System of the Science of Public Order

The science of public order has been recognized as an independent subject in our country.However,due to various reasons,its theories and systematic construction haven＇t made breakthrough so far,which seriously restricts the construction and development of the subject of public order.At present,constructing the theoretical system of the science of public order should enhance the understanding that the science of public order has theories,make clear the logical starting point of it so as to solve the scientificalness of its theoretical system,strengthen Chinese-based integrated with western theories to solve such several essential problems as the theories of public order science and the localization of its system.
