| 摘 要： | 缓刑制度在我国虽然发展时日并不短暂,但是因为相关规定并不完善,致使其在我国并没有很好地发挥其应有的作用。因此,在对缓刑制度的概念、国外关于缓刑的有关规定及我国刑法关于缓刑有关制度加以介绍的同时,更需指出我国现行缓刑制度存在的一些问题,给出了一些解决的建议。

| Abstract: | The probation system has developed long in our country,but as the relevant provisions are not perfect,so it doesn＇t play a good and due role in our country.Therefore,while introducing the concept of probation system,the foreign probation requirements and our criminal law about the probation,we should point out some problems in our country＇s current probation system and offer some suggestions of solution. |
