| 摘 要： | 由于各种规章制度建立的还不够完善,人们的法律意识不强,对法律精神的认识不到位,致使司法鉴定工作产生同一案件多头鉴定、重复鉴定、鉴定结论的采信混乱现象。减少重复鉴定现象应尽快出台《鉴定法》,完善规章制度,制定各行业、各学科的鉴定标准,利用专家共同鉴定的形式来解决鉴定上的分歧,加大对鉴定人员管理的力度。

| Abstract: | As the rules and regulations are not perfect,people＇s legal consciousness is not strong,and understanding of legal spirit is uncompleted,such phenomena as multi-authentication,repeated authentication and incredible adoption of authentication conclusion exist in the same case in judicial authentication.To decrease repeated authentication,we should make Law of Authentication as soon as possible,perfect rules and regulations,establish authentication criterion for various vocations and subjects,solve the divergences through authentications by experts together,as well as strengthen the management of authentication staff. |
