| 摘 要： | 诉讼行为是构成诉讼过程的基本因素 ,离开了诉讼行为 ,也就不存在诉讼和司法过程 ,同时 ,诉讼行为还是诉讼主体传递信息的重要方式和手段 ,对诉讼行为的涵义、特征、边界等的界定有助于我们更好地对它加以把握。
